| Sleep Coaching starts with a Consultation and Assessment session that can be done in-person* or over the telephone. We will spend between 1 and 2 hours talking about your sleep and wake patterns and activities and the background of your sleep problem. I will answer any questions you may have and we will set up your sleep goals. At the end of the session, I will give you the first set of changes to work on that will start you on the path towards better sleep.
After you purchase your consultation and assessment, I will e-mail you within 24 hours to set up the session at a time of your convenience. I will not process any payment until we have been in touch.
