Here’s how the Sleep Coaching process works:
1.  Sleep Coaching starts with a Consultation and Assessment session that can be done in-person or over the telephone.  We will spend between 1 and 2 hours talking about your sleep and wake patterns and activities and the background of your sleep problem.  I will answer any questions you may have and we will set up your sleep goals.  At the end of the session, I will give you the first set of changes to work on that will start you on the path towards better sleep.

2.  Across the next week, you will work on the changes and I will check in with you frequently through telephone calls, e-mails, faxes, text messages or however you prefer.  If your sleep is not showing the proper adjustments, then I will make refinements aimed at speeding up the process.

3.  One week after the consultation and assessment session we will meet again in-person or on the telephone for a full Sleep Coaching session.  I will provide more feedback and give you the next set of changes to work on that will bring you even closer to a better night’s sleep.

4.  Steps 2 and 3 get repeated until you have met your goals. This can take as little as 3 sessions if you work hard at making the changes I suggest.  The average Sleep Coaching client takes between 3 and 12 weeks to reach their goals.
